Support took a few days to get back to me, which was kind of frustrating. I get that things can get busy, but I feel like a quicker reply would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

I had a hard time finding clear ingredient details, which made me hesitate. If I’m buying something, I think it’s reasonable to expect to know what’s actually in it. Without that info being easy to find, it just feels a little sketchy

I found what I needed in just a few minutes or so, and everything went smoothly. No real issues to mention...

The COA links were easy enough to find and open, which made checking the info straightforward. Nothing complicated at all. I’d say it’s a handy setup and worth using if you want quick access.

I’ve ordered from elyxr a couple of times, and my experience has been mixed.
